Organizational and Direct Support for
Hawk Missle System Users Worldwide

To provide faster and more cost-effective service to Hawk System users worldwide, Raytheon has appointed Merex, Inc. as its Hawk System Exclusive Licensee. Raytheon has transferred complete intellectual property including its proprietary data to Merex. As the Exclusive Licensee, Merex will provide maintenance, repair, and supply of components to customers worldwide with full support of Raytheon.

Merex has been providing logistics support, including spares, components, assemblies, and repair services for the Hawk System for the past two decades. Countries utilizing our services include S. Korea, Taiwan, Greece, NATO, Saudi Arabia, and other users. As a Raytheon Exclusive Licensee and registered contractor with the U.S. Government, we have access to engineering data and specifications for virtually all components on the various Phase II and Phase III systems deployed. In addition, we have exclusive OEM data, acquired from Raytheon, and are able to access a wide network of vendors and subcontractors to the U.S. Army and Raytheon who have manufactured or are currently under sub-contract to produce various components for Hawk Systems. Combining requirements from various customers, we are able to provide faster delivery at more economical prices to customers for all their Hawk support requirements. To provide complete and up-to-date logistics support, Merex will also be able to provide, in alliance with Raytheon, full system technical support responsibility for end-users worldwide. Users of the Hawk System will be able to utilize a "one-stop-shop" economically and in conformance with Raytheon specifications, for all their Hawk support requirements necessary to maintain operational air defense readiness.

Merex controlled manufacturing operations conform strictly to military specifications and ISO-9000 standards and use the most recent U.S. Army/OEM proprietory drawing revisions for the Hawk System.
